RETURN POLICY

thank you for your purchase. we hope you are satisfied with your purchase. however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can only return it to us for a full refund. for more information about our returns policy, please see below

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase and all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email Customer Service at service@t4.network to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once you have received an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, enclose proof of purchase and send your return to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend that you use a traceable method to send your return.

REFUND

After we receive your return and have checked the condition of your item, we will process your return. please allow at least fourteen (14) days after receipt of your item to process your return. 1-2 billing cycles may take time to appear on your credit card statement, depending on the credit card company. we will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS 

The following items cannot be returned:

  •     Downloads
  •     Digital objects
